With over two decades of client-focused leadership, Marissa brings a dynamic and diverse professional background to every real estate journey. She began her career in local hotel sales, leading efforts in sales management and online marketing, before transitioning into enterprise sales roles in the construction software and building product manufacturing industries, where she supported clients in the federal, healthcare, and property management sectors. 

Marissa is known for delivering seamless, stress-free transactions with a thoughtful, personalized touch. Her fluency in both the real estate and construction industries and contracts allows her to offer clients a truly well-rounded and informed approach to buying or selling a home.

She holds an MBA in Finance from New Mexico Highlands University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Construction Management at Arizona State University, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to excellence and growth in the real estate landscape and the built environment.

Marissa is deeply committed to the Santa Fe community and is an active advocate for affordable housing and sustainable development. She currently serves as Chair of the Homewise Board and is a Board Member for Terra Contenta. She is also a past President of IFMA New Mexico, reflecting her leadership within the facility and construction management fields.
