With 25 years of client-focused leadership, Marissa brings a dynamic and diverse professional background to every real estate journey. Her experience includes 15 years in local hotel sales and management, followed by a decade in corporate enterprise sales, where she specialized in construction software and strategy for building product manufacturing. She also holds 10 years of hands-on expertise in real estate contracts and both commercial and federal construction contracts.

Marissa is known for delivering seamless, stress-free transactions with a thoughtful, personalized touch. Her fluency in both the real estate and construction industries allows her to offer clients a truly well-rounded and informed approach to buying or selling a home.

She holds an MBA in Finance from New Mexico Highlands University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Construction Management at Arizona State University, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to excellence and growth in the real estate landscape and the built environment.

Marissa is deeply committed to the Santa Fe community and is an active advocate for affordable housing and sustainable development. She currently serves as Chair of the Homewise Board and is a Board Member for Terra Contenta. She is also a past President of IFMA New Mexico, reflecting her leadership within the facility and construction management fields.
